Terms and Conditions – Driving Lesson Purchases

1. Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full lesson fee will still be payable.

2. Block Booking Policy

• Block bookings are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Lessons not used within this period will be forfeited.

• Block bookings are non-transferable and can only be used by the person they were purchased for.

• No refunds will be issued for unused lessons.

3. Lesson Requirements

• Learners must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during lessons.

• Learners must ensure they are physically fit to drive and meet the legal eyesight requirements (if glasses are needed, they must be worn).

• Failure to meet these requirements may result in the lesson being cancelled, and the full lesson fee will still be payable.

4. Payment and Fees

• Payments for lessons must be made in advance or at the time of the lesson.

• Failure to pay for a lesson will result in the cancellation of future bookings until the outstanding balance is settled.

5. Statutory Rights

• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
